About procedure
Yes we do ear cropping surgery in our office only. Dr. Thomann has been doing ears for over 25 years and Guarantees his work*. We have pictures of our current work on facebook. We like to do the surgery between 9-14 weeks of age if possible. If older than 4 months or bigger than 40 lbs, there will be an additional minimum change of $200.00.We Require a $ 100.00 refundable** deposit at tiime of booking surgery.Read our Google Reviews !

Pricing is as follows:

  • SHORT EAR CROP PACKAGE DEAL: (Mini Schnauzers, pits, cane Corsos and min pin) –Total Cost- $779.00
  • LONG EAR CROP PACKAGE DEAL: (Giant Schnauzers, Boxers, Dobermans) – Total cost-->$929.00
  • Great Dane Crop – Total 1079

  • Add'l $150.00-$200.00 if Older than 4 months or Over 40#

Complete package:

Prices include the following 6 items:

  1. $69.00-The initial consultation with Dr. Thomann
  2. The surgery & anesthesia:
    • $400 Schnauzer, Pits, Cane Corso & Min Pins
    • $500 for Boxers and Dobermans,
    • $600 for Great Danes

3. $50.0 for Pain and Antibiotic injections during surgery

4. Red blood cell count and blood clotting test for $50 which is required before surgery.

5. Required post surgical medications: antibiotic pain med spray & oral antibiotics & oral pain meds- $60 for ALL 3..

6. After 10 days;

    • Recheck, Sedation, Suture removal,Repairs and postings. Pricing packages Include 5 postings LONG ears and 3 SHORT ear breeds ( pitbulls, cane corso, schnauzer)
    • $150 for Pit Bulls, Mini Schnauzers
    • $200 for Dobermans, Boxers, Giant Schnauzers & Cane Corso
    • $250 for Great Danes.
    • Additional postings after the Included 5/3 are $40.00 -$50.00 each

Attention!
We do require a $100.00 Deposit to hold the 2 hour surgery slot for you. A 48 hour notice is required to avoid forfeiture of your deposit (no exceptions).

Other costs that might occur would be if your pet pulls any stitches out and we have to re-sedate to close it back up.
